Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Thanks for shopping with ocadob. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what the product page promised, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll find a solution.

Eligible situations

• Transit damage.
• Defective items or items unusable as described.
• Wrong item received.
• Item materially different from the product-page description.

Not eligible

• Change-of-mind, buyer’s-remorse, or personal preference.
• Wrong product, flavor, size, or quantity chosen at checkout.
• Opened, consumed, used, altered, emptied, contaminated, or customer-damaged items — unless directly tied to a reported defect.
• Unauthorized returns.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

How to start

Email support@ocadob.shop within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, checkout email, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.

Return shipping & fees

For approved claims, ocadob provides a prepaid return label or reimburses approved return-shipping costs when a physical return is required. No restocking fee on approved eligible claims.

Inspection & resolution

Once received, we inspect the return against the reported issue. An approved claim may be resolved with a refund, replacement, or another lawful solution you accept. We may deny a claim if the item doesn’t match the order or approved reason, or if requested evidence isn’t provided.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval or inspection. Banks and card issuers may need an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We don’t control financial-institution processing times.
